Indian Automobile Industry Statistics October 2015
July 09, 2015 | New DelhiAutomobile domestics sales were up 2.56% in June 2015 after a marginal decline of 0.58% in May 2015 according to the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). Passenger vehicles, however unlike the previous month, had a decline in sales against while growth in commercial vehicles slowed down. Automobiles production also registered a growth of 3.76% and exports improved with growth of 16.53%.

June 15, 2015 | New DelhiAfter registering a minor growth of 1.9% in April 2015 automobile domestics sales declined very marginally by 0.58% in May 2015 according to the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM). However, passenger and commercial vehicles continued their growth, with Medium & High Commercial Vehicles (M&HCVs) growing by 24.40%.

October 27, 2015 | New DelhiThe month of September 2015 saw 66.66 Lakhs (6.7 Million) air passengers traveling with the Indian domestic airlines making Indian domestic air traffic rise 14.56% as per the data released by DGCA. The domestic airlines carried 590.21 Lakhs (59.02 Million) passengers during January-September 2015, witnessing an increase of 20.1% over the same period last year, Jan-Sept 2014.
